I had noticed that Joshua had been spending a lot of time on the computer lately, and specifically on his chat account. I asked him about it and he told me that he was talking with one of his old friends and was trying to see if she would move in as a free nanny, of sorts. I encouraged him, knowing we would need a nanny for when Alexa grew up, especially if we had more children, which we planned on.

I persuaded Joshua to change his clothes into something more...appropiate. He chose a lot of orange, since he loves that color.

As soon as he changed into the new clothes, he got on his cell phone and invited someone named Laura to the nearby beach. He then left the house, leaving me kind of confused.

He came back at dinner time with a woman in tow. He told me that he had been talking to Laura Atkins recently and he had asked her to move in.

That night, he held me as if he was sorry about something. It was weird.

It turns out that Laura is also a writer. She used some of her money to buy a computer and she just sat down in the front room, spending most of her time writing.

It also turns out she has a boyfriend.

Well, now fiancee. His name is Ted Bowman and she told me they have been dating for a few months but never wanted to take it farther. She said that living away from him made her realize how much she loves him.

Alexa had her birthday, and became a very cute toddler.

I was very surprised when Laura suddenly had to change into maternity clothes. She looked happy, but underneath it all was a little bit of worry. I wondered what could be wrong. I assumed the child was Ted's and I'm happy that they are starting off their family so soon.

I laughed slightly when I too had to change into maternity clothes. I wondered how it would be for Joshua to have two pregnant women in one household, and a toddler.

I taught Alexa how to talk and walk, since Laura didn't feel comfortable doing it and Joshua was working hard on training some more so he could have a Pro Sports Team come out and work for them.

Later that night I thought of when I had been pregnant with Alexa and how happy I was, and am. I just hope that everything goes as well for the new baby as it did for Alexa.

Laura had started to paint, since she not only needed some money for when she moved out on her own, but also so that she could fulfill her lifetime want.

She had to stop mid-painting early Saturday afternoon because she was going into labor. I was nervous for her, hoping everything would go okay, but I was also excited because I knew that soon it would be my turn.

A few hours later, I felt the familiar pains.

Laura gave birth to a girl and named her Bethany.

A few hours later I gave birth to little Jasper.

Laura called up the nearest real estate agency and found out that there was a house about ten minutes away that had three bedrooms. She decided to take it, not knowing if there would be anything else, and packed her few belongings before leaving.

After Laura left, one of Joshua's old roommates asked if he would fix a stereo for them. Joshua was going to refuse at first, but then his friend offered some cash and Joshua jumped at the chance, knowing we needed some extra money.

I heard screaming from inside the house and ran inside to see that Joshua had electrocuted himself. He managed to tell me it was the second time and he felt a slight tingling feeling through out his body.

I didn't know what he meant until he fell to the ground in a heap. I saw a cloaked figure in the corner of the room and I was glad that Alexa was playing in the nursery and not out in the living room.

I tried to persuade the Reaper to let Joshua go, but he just laughed and took him anyway.

I vowed to Joshua that I would do whatever I could to make Sunset Valley a town that would be safe for our children and future grandchildren. I just wish that he could be here with me to see it.
