Being a single mother hasn't stopped me from writing. It's just slowed me down some. I am still able to find some time in the early morning and late at night to write. I just hope that when Jasper grows up I'll find more time.

When I'm not writing, or taking care of the kids, I'm outside working on my logic, in an attempt to have a Science Facility open up here. It's slow going, but I'm almost there.

Before I knew it, Alexa was growing up.

Jasper also grew up.

I decided that Alexa really needed her own room, so we redecorated the dining room, giving it a paint job and some carpet. I found some nice furniture at a yard sale and Alexa really seems to like it.

I also moved around the nursery a little bit, repainting the walls to be in Jasper's favorite color and getting a new quilt for the crib.

I drove over to the Atkin's household, in an attempt to tell Laura about Joshua's death, but no one answered, so I went home.

Alexa has started to work on her logic skill, telling me that she wants to have a perfect mind, in addition to a perfect body. She says she plans on waiting on the perfect body part, but she knows it will come eventually.

I found myself using the computer too much and it broke, so I had to repair it. I crossed my fingers, hoping nothing would happen to me.

When I got shocked, I took a break, knowing that  Joshua had kept working after being shocked and that was what caused his death.

I decided to go out and garden, after taking a bath to wash off the soot.

I was amazed to find that Alexa had decided to clean up the house, starting with the bathroom.

At breakfast, I asked her when she planned on going for her first jog, but she didn't respond.

I started to teach Jasper how to walk, knowing he would need the skill later on in life.

Alexa started using the computer in my room to play games and chat with people, but there was no one in the town near her age.

I tried to potty train Jasper, but he resisted at first.

It took him a few minutes, but he did get used to the idea and was pretty easy to work with after that point.

I also taught him to talk.

I was amazed to read in the newspaper that a new Science Facility had been opened. I called a babysitter and drove down to it and went inside and was told that due to the fact that there had been 3 electrocutions in the town, they had built the Science Facility. I quickly signed up for a job, knowing that we needed the extra money.

When I got home, Alexa had grown up into a teenager and Jasper was now a child.

Jasper's room was redecorated in his favorite color and he seemed happy enough.

He was woken up in the middle of the night by the ghost of Joshua roaming through the house.

The next morning, Alexa started to train.

Jasper decided to paint.
